BRYNER, Chief Judge. Eric Dale Van Buren was charged with one count of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the third degree (possession
of cocaine). Van Buren moved to suppress evidence seized from his residence pursuant to a warrant, which he contended had
been issued without probable cause. After Superior Court Judge Mark C. Rowland denied the motion to suppress, Van Buren entered
a plea of no contest, reserving his right to bring this appeal challenging the superior court's ruling. We affirm.
