SILAK, Justice This is an appeal from a decision of a district court that the appellant and his ex-wife were not owners of
certain real property on which a dairy is situated. Appellant sought to establish ownership under theories of resulting trust
and constructive trust. We affirm the district Judge's order that no resulting or constructive trust should be imposed. I.
